In the afternoon. Visit of Pashupatinath, the "Benares of Nepal" and to the magnificent city of medieval castle of Bhadgaon, protected by'Unesco. Walk through the alleys to admire the refined inlays in the wood that decorate the houses and the ancient pagoda temples. Dinner and Overnight in Kathmandu.

Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Gigantic stupa of Bodinath, with the vibrant Buddhist world that surrounds it. Walk in the markets of Ason, Indra Chowk and Machendra Bahal. Dinner and Overnight in Kathmandu.

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to visit the stupa of Swayambhunath, a work dating back to around 2,500 years ago, located on top of a hill that offers a spectacular view of the valley. Afterwards, visit the historic center of the city, which was the capital and seat of government under various dynasties, along with the Durbar Square and the home of the "child goddess". In the afternoon, visit the Patan, ancient capital of the Kingdom. Dinner and Overnight in Kathmandu.

In and around Paro
Morning Flight to Paro (2,250 m). In the afternoon, visit of Paro Dzong, an imposing structure located on the ridge of a high ground and the Ta Dzong, which overlooks it, it is actually a circular structure which was once a watch tower and today is a National Museum. Dinner and Overnight in Paro.

Breakfast at the hotel. Trekking to Taktsang monastery (3,120 m), also called"the tiger's nest". The monastery is one of the most pilgrimage sites revered from the Himalayan world. Continuation in the afternoon to Thimpu (2,320 m) with photo stop along the way to the Tschogang Lhakhang temple. Dinner and Overnight in Thimpu.

Breakfast at the hotel. Followed by full day of visits to the Memorial Chorten, the large Buddha statue that dominates from a great height and the School of Traditional Arts. In the afternoon, visit the ancient temple of Changgangkha, until recently the seat of the central government. Finally visit the zoo that hosts the rare "takin", national animal of Nepal. Overnight in Thimpu.

In and around Punakha
Breakfast at the hotel.Transfer to Punakha with a stop along the way to visit the Semthokha Dzong. To get to Punakha you cross the Dochu-La pass (3570 m), from where in clear weather you can enjoy a magnificent view of the peaks of the Himalayas and beyond of Bhutan. Afternoon visit of Punakha Dzong, the scenic beauty of the country, located at the confluence of the two rivers Pochu and Mochu.
Pleasant walk through the "fertility village"and the terraces cultivated with rice fields, up to the small Chhimi Lakhang temple.Dinner and Overnight in Punakha.
